When you think of prefabricated houses, you will probably imagine a nothing attractive construction. But now, the Go Logic company has released a catalog of the most beautiful houses.
The rustic style line is called Go Homes, and is inspired by the granaries and the classic New England country houses. The Maine-based design and architecture firm ensures construction in less than two weeks, with prices starting at € 150,000 (approx.).
The collection includes ten models ranging between 55 and 200 square meters (more or less), from one to four rooms. In addition, details such as windows or the type of floor, can be customized by their owners, as well as the use of the home: main residence, holiday home, guest house ...
The list of available construction materials include metal roofs, white cedar liners, cement surfaces or plank roofs, among others.
But best of all, houses are energy efficient, which greatly reduces maintenance costs. In fact, Go Home says its homes use 90% less energy than a normal house.
