Fredrik J Karlsson / SE360 Walking through this street in Linnpiéden, one of the most effervescent neighborhoods in Gothenburg, and seeing the rigid stone facade of a centennial building, nothing makes us anticipate that its interior, and more specifically its last floor, welcomes a friendly house, bright and with antidepressant effect. The 81 square meters of this floor (for sale at the Alvhem real estate agency) are divided into two rooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom and has a terrace perfect for sunny days.
As we enter this habitat, a sense of serenity invades us.
